Refund policy
Returns and refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
We do not issue refunds or returns for products that have been broken, stained, or scratched after it is in your possession. Please inspect your item when you receive it and contact us immediately if it is damaged upon arrival or you believe the wrong item was received so that we can evaluate and determine the best course of action.
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees if applicable.
